10th Annual Chamber Honors Event at A’Bulae

AV for You provided Video, Lighting and Staging rental equipment for St Paul Chamber of Commerce’s 10th Annual Chamber Honors event at A’Bulae in St Paul, MN.

For video rental equipment we projected two of our NEC 4K HD Projectors onto Draper 5.75’ x 10’ Fastfold Screens.  We used a Decimator HDMI/SDI Cross Converter Kit to distribute video signal to the projectors.  We utilized our Analog Way Pulse2 Video Switcher and Playback Pro computer to toggle between powerpoint and video rolls.

For lighting rental equipment we used an ETC Source Four Light for stage wash and ten Eternal Lighting Cube Echo LED Battery Powered lights for uplighting.

For staging rental equipment we set up eight panels of pipe and drape a combination of both Grey and Black Ultra Velour Drape.  We also placed two of our frosted podiums on the stage with uplights inside of them.
