Minneapolis and St. Paul A/V Equipment Delivery Info

  • 30+ miles, mileage x $0.67 + labor time.

  • Delivery and Equipment set up is available on request and billed separately.

  • An after hours delivery or pickup is an additional $100.

  • Emergency Rental - Rush orders received after normal business hours are 2x list price.

  • Technician Labor: $75 per hr.

  • Audio, Video, or Lighting lead: $85/hr

  • Onsite Technician: 5 hour minimum. If over 5 hours, moves to a 10 hour minimum. Any time beyond 10 hours will be billed at the hourly rate x 1.5
