Audio and Lighting at American Swedish Institute
AV for You set up audio and lighting for Rhythm and Slöjd. This was an event held at the American Swedish Institute by Jögge Sundqvist (a world renowned Swedish wood carver) entailing a "special evening of 'craft stories with wood, music, and folk art'".
For audio we provided four of our JBL Eon 610 Powered Speakers on stands. Two were set up as main speakers at the front corners of the room and the other two were used as delay speakers towards the back of the room.
For lighting we set up a stage wash using four of our Chauvet Ovation E910FC lights on our Global Truss ST-132 Crank Tripod Stands using their T-Bar Attachments. This allowed us to get the lights high in the venue without needing to rig them from the ceiling or set up truss towers in the room.
At the tech table we used our Behringer X32 Producer, Behringer S16 Snake and Shure UHF-R Wireless Microphone Rack for clear and dependable audio. We also used our ETC Smartfade lighting console to allow dimming control to the brightness of the stage wash.
