AV for You set up Audio, Video and Lighting for an event held by Comcast Business at Aria in Downtown Minneapolis.

For audio we set up four of our JBL VRX Line Array Speakers.  Two of which we put on our Duratruss Crank Stands in order to raise them high above the audience and distribute sound evenly.  We also provided our Audio Technica Podium Microphones at our Frosted Podium on stage.

For video we rear projected our Eiki 7KHD Projector onto our 16' x 9' Screen Works Folding Screen. We used our Decimator SDI-HDMI Cross Converter boxes to distribute HD Video over the long distance from the tech table to behind the stage.

For lighting we rigged four of our ETC Source 4 lights in the catwalk to provide an evenly lighted stage wash.  We used our Elation Dual Circuit Dimmer Packs to allow for dimming control over the brightness of our lights.  We also set up fours panels of our Black Velour Drape onstage to fill out the sides of the screen.

At the tech table we set up our Behringer X32 Compact Digital Mixer and our Shure QLXD4 wireless microphone distro rack for clear and dependable audio. We set up our ETC Smartfade to control the lights. We also provided our Analog Way Pulse2 Video Switcher and Playback Pro for switching between powerpoint slides and video rolls.
