AV for You provided Sound, Lights, Video and and Staging rental equipment for Irish Titan’s EComm Forum at Aria in downtown Minneapolis.

For video rental equipment we flew a Draper 9’ x 16’ truss screen from the catwalk and projected with an Eiki 7KHD projector from across the room.  This event had a Panasonic AG AC160 camera image magnification (IMAG). Video presentations and the camera feed were controlled with an Analog Way Saphyr Video Switcher.

The audio was heard through our rental equipment including a JBL VRX line array system with a Behringer X32 and Shure wireless microphones.

The stage was lit with ETC Source Four fixtures in the catwalk and Eternal Lighting Cube Echo battery powered LED uplights to add color to the backdrop.

For staging rental equipment we supplied three panels of Grey Ultra Velour Drape for backdrop and constructed a 20’ x 8’ stage using our 4’ x 4’ stage decks.  We also placed a frosted podium on the stage for the presenters.
