Second Annual Climate Justice Fundraiser at Aria

AV for You provided audio, video, lighting and staging rental equipment for MN350’s second annual Climate Justice Fundraiser Gala at Aria in Minneapolis, MN.

For audio rental equipment we provided QSC K10 Speakers, Shure Microphones and an Audio-Technica Gooseneck Microphone.

For video rental equipment we projected our Eiki 7K HD Projector from the back of the room onto a Screen Works 8’ x 14’ Truss Screen that was hung from the wall using a verock cable.

For lighting rental equipment we set up Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash.

For staging rental equipment we set up a 20’ x 8’ stage and also a 4’ x 8’ stage using our 4’ x 4’ stage decks, stage step and stage skirts.  We also placed our Truss Podium on stage as well.

At the tech table we utilized our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and Playback Pro computer for simple switching between powerpoint and video rolls.  We used Decimators to distribute video signal to the projector. We used our Behringer X32 Compact Mixer and Behringer S16 Digital Snake for clear dependable audio.  We controlled the stagewash using our ETC Smartfade 1248 Lighting board.
