NARI MN’s CotY Awards at Aria in Minneapolis

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental equipment as well as onsite Tech Services for NARI MN’s Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards at Aria in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up six QSC K10 Speakers, Shure and Audio-Technica Microphones and our Mackie 1604-VLZ Pro 16 Channel Mixer.

For video rental equipment we projected our Barco 12k HD Projector onto a Screen Works 16’ x 9’ Truss Screen on the stage.  We used our Analog Way Pulse2 Video Switcher and Lenovo Idea Pad S340 to control the video.  We set up a Vizio 60” Monitor in the preview area mirroring the image on the screen in the main room.  We also used a Samsung 40” 4K for a confidence monitor.

For lighting rental equipment we set up four Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash and one for a Gobo above the stage.  We used our ETC Smartfade 1248 Lighting Board to control the stage wash.  We set up ten Eternal Lighting Cube Echo LED Battery Powered uplights for decor lighting.

For staging rental equipment four panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Black Ultra Velour Drape.  We placed one of our frosted podiums on stage as well.
