AV For You provided live streaming services for Big Brothers Big Sisters Big Night (in!) Virtual Gala from our second virtual studio set up at the Brave New Workshop in Downtown Minneapolis.  This virtual event included both pre-recorded segments and a live component to it. 

Our studio setup for this virtual event included audio, video and lighting rental equipment.

For audio rental equipment we used one of our Breakout Racks that includes four Shure QLX-D Combo Wireless Microphones, a QSC TouchMix-8 and  Roland V-1HD.

For video rental equipment we supplied three Panasonic AG-UX180 4K HD Cameras, two Vizio 32” Smartcast LED HD TV’s for confidence monitors on stands, two 15” SXGA Teleprompters, a Blackmagic Design ATEM Mini Pro Live Stream Switcher and a Roland VR-50HD Multi-Format AV Mixer.

For lighting rental equipment we utilized our existing dynamic lighting setup at the venue that includes a stage wash.  We also used twenty Eternal Lighting CUBEecho LED Battery Uplights.  Lastly we had one of our Blitzz FX Cold Spark Effect Machines set up for special effect.  We used our Chamsys QuickQ 20 Lighting Console to control the lights.
