AV Rental for Fundraiser at Bavaria Downs in Chaska

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging rental gear for Minnetonka Public Schools Foundation’s Dream Maker Fundraiser Event at Bavaria Downs in Chaska, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up four QSC K12 Speakers, Shure QLX-D and MX418 Gooseneck Microphones as well as our Behringer X32 Producer for clear dependable audio.

For video rental equipment we projected two of our Sony VPL-PHZ10 HD Laser Projectors onto Draper 10’ x 5.75’ Ultimate Folding Screens.  We also provided two of our Samsung 65” 4K UHD Monitors.  We used our Panasonic AG-AC160P HD Camera for IMAG.  We used a Playback Pro computer and Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher to control the video.

For lighting rental equipment we set up two Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash and controlled it with our ETC Smartfade 1248 Lighting Console.

For staging rental equipment we set up three panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Rose Brand Grey Drape.  We also constructed an 8’ x 8’ stage using four of our 4’ x 4’ stage decks, steps and stage skirt. We placed our frosted podium with uplight onstage as well.
