AV for You set up Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging rental equipment for Sherman Associates 40th Anniversary at Canopy by Hilton in Downtown, Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we provided our Behringer X32 Compact Digital Mixer and Shure QLXD4 Wireless Microphone Rack for clear and dependable audio.  We also set up our JBL VRX Speaker in the Meeting Lobby Area for a piano player during the cocktail hour of the event.

For video rental equipment we used our Roland V1-HD for simple video switching between Powerpoints and Video Content. We also used our Decimator HDMI-SDI Cross Converters to distribute HD Video Signal to the in house Monitors and two of our Samsung 40" Monitors being used as confidence monitors by the presenters.

For lighting rental equipment we set up two Chauvet Ovation E910-FC Lights for Gobo projection in the lower level and hotel entry way (for a simultaneously occurring event).  We attached these lights to our schedule 40 pipes with base plates and sandbags.

For staging rental equipment we constructed two seperate 8’ x 4’ stages using our 4’ x 4’ stage decks, steps and skirting.
