Audio Visual Rental for Annual Meeting at CHS Field in St Paul

AV For You provided Audio, Video and Staging Rental Equipment for Catholic Schools Center of Excellence Annual Meeting at CHS Field in St Paul.

For audio rental equipment we set up four QSC K10 Speakers, an Audio-Technica Gooseneck Microphone, and our Behringer X32 Producer Mixer.

For video rental equipment we front projected our NEC NP-P502HL HD Laser Projector onto a Draper 10’ x 5.75 Screen.  To control the video we used a Roland V-1HD Video Switcher.  We also used our Panasonic AG-AC160P HD Camera to record the meeting.  

For staging rental equipment we set up four panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Grey Ultra Velour Drape.
