Audio Visual Services for Annual Conference In Bloomington

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Stage Decor rental equipment along with professional technical services for Minnesota Association of Soil and Water Conservation’s 85th Annual Conference at the DoubleTree in Bloomington, MN.

For audio rental equipment we used QSC K12 Speakers.  For microphone rental gear we used Shure and Audio Technica mics.  We also used a Behringer X32 Compact Mixer.  

For projector rental equipment we used a couple Christie Roadster 12k Projectors and 9’ x 16’ Da-Lite Screen.  We set up a Samsung 55” TV for a confidence monitor.  For other video equipment we used Playback Pro Plus Laptop, Lenovo Laptop and our Roland VR-50HD Multi Format AV Mixer.

For lighting rental equipment we utilized Chauvet Ovation E-910 LED Lights and Martin Stagebar 54S LED Luminaires.  We controlled the lights using our SmartFade 2496 Lighting console.

For stage decor rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using twelve panels of Rose Brand Black and Grey drape.
