Audio Visual Rental for Lions Mid-Winter Convention

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment as well as onsite tech services for the Lions 5M-5 Midwinter Convention at the DoubleTree in Bloomington, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up four QSC K10 Speakers and our Console Audio Rack which includes a QSC Touchmix 8 and two Shure QLX Combo Microphones.  We also utilized a Shure Microflex MX412 Gooseneck Podium Mic.

For video rental equipment we projected two Sony VPL-PHZ10 5K HD Laser Projectors onto Draper 10’ x 5.75’ Folding Screens.  We used our Panasonic AG-UX180 4k HD Camera and recorded the event using our PIX-E5 video recorder.  We used a Playback Pro and Analog Way Pulse 2 3G Video Switcher to control the video.  

For lighting rental equipment we set up seven Chauvet Ovation P-56FC LED Par lights for uplighting.

For staging rental equipment we set up three panels of pipe and drape using our Black Ultra Velour Drape for backdrop.
