AV for You provided audio, video, lighting and staging rental equipment for Rainbow Health Initiative’s Opportunity Conference at the Earle Brown Heritage Center in Brooklyn Center, MN.

For audio rental equipment we used eight of our dB Technologies DVA T4 Line Array speakers flown from our two Sumner Eventer 16 Stage Lifts.  We also used two JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers as Center fill in the large general session space. At the podium we used our Audio Technica Podium Microphones.

For video rental equipment we front projected our Eiki 7K HD Projectors onto our Screen Works 9’ x 16’ Truss Style Folding Screen.  We also provided a 40" Confidence Monitor from which the presenters could view the program while they are speaking onstage.  Using our Decimator HDMI-SDI Cross Converters we were able to distribute HD video signal to both projectors and the confidence monitor at the front of the room.

For lighting rental equipment we rigged eight of our Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights from a schedule 40 pipe hanging from the ceiling.  These lights were used to provide an even and well lit stage. We also set up twelve of our ECHOCube Battery Powered Uplights behind the stage for a colorful rainbow backdrop projected on our grey velour drape behind the stage.

At the tech table we used a Behringer X32 Producer and two Shure QLXD4 Wireless Microphone Distro Racks for clear and dependable audio. We had our Analog Way Saphyr Switcher and Playback Pro Laptop set up for switching between Powerpoints, Video Rolls and Logos. We also used our ETC Smartfade Lighting Controller to control the brightness of the stage wash and the colors and brightness of the backdrop lighting.
