Flannel Fling at the Golden Valley Golf and Country Club

AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment as well as Technical Services for the Flannel Fling event that benefits Rebuilding Together Twin Cities at the Golden Valley Country Club.

For audio rental equipment we set up a Shure Wireless UHF-R Combo Microphone kit and our Mackie 1604-VLZ Pro 16 Channel Mixer.  

For video rental equipment we used our Playback Pro and Analog Way Saphyr Video Switcher to change between Powerpoint and video rolls displayed on the house Projectors and Screens.  

For lighting rental equipment we placed ten of our Eternal Lighting Cube Echo LED Battery Powered Uplights to shine on the drape and another two at the dessert table.  We used two Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash and controlled the lights with our ChamSys QuickQ 10 Lighting Board.  

For staging rental equipment we set up ten panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using a combination of Rose Brand Grey and Black drape.  We also supplied a Frosted Podium for the event.
