Minnesota PGA Event Rental at the Golden Valley Golf and Country Club

AV for You provided audio, video and staging rental equipment for a Minnesota PGA event at the Golden Valley Golf and Country Club.

For audio rental equipment we set up four JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers and an Audio-Technica Gooseneck Microphone at the podium.  We also had two mics set on stands for Q&A at the event.

For video rental equipment we front projected our Eiki 7K HD Projectors from the back of the room onto our Screen Works 6.75’ x 12’ Truss Screen.  We had a Samsung 40” Confidence monitor at the front of the stage for the presenters.  

For staging rental equipment we set up three panels of pipe and drape using our Black Ultra Velour Drape.  

At the tech table we utilized our Analog Way NeXtage 08 Video Switcher and Playback Pro computer for simple switching between powerpoint and video rolls.  We used Decimators to distribute video signal to the projectors. We used a Shure QLXD4 Distro Wireless Microphone rack, Behringer S16 Digital Snake and a Behringer X32 Compact Mixer for clear dependable audio.
