AV for You set up audio, video and lighting rental equipment for the Minneapolis Portfolio Management Group (MPMG) 13th Annual Speaker Series Event at the Golden Valley Golf and Country Club.

For audio rental equipment we used six of our QSC K10.2 Powered Speakers on stands around the room.  We also used our Audio Technica Flexi-Mics at our Frosted Podium.

For video rental equipment we set up three of our Draper 5.75' x 10' Fastfold Screens.  We rear projected two of our Eiki 7KHD Projectors in the corners of the room and front projected another Eiki 7KHD Projector in the center of the room.  We also had a 40" Samsung Monitor set up as a confidence monitor for the presenters.

For lighting we rigged two ETC Source 4 lights onto airwall hangers for a stage wash.  We also set up 10 of our ADJ Bar Lights and Flat Par uplights to light up grey drape ran throughout the back of the room.

At the tech table we have our Behringer X32 Digital Mixer, a Shure QLXD4 Wireless Microphone Distro, and our Shure ULX-D Wireless Microphone Rack.  For video we used our NexTage08 Video Switcher to allow us multiple outputs to the screens in the corners and our screen in the middle of the room.  We used a Playback laptop for video rolls and a AJA KiPro Video Recorder to record the output from the video switcher.
