Audio Visual Rental and Service for Live In-Person ILEA Event

AV For You provided Audio, Video, and Lighting rental equipment for an ILEA MSP Day of Education event (called “What’s a Synonym for ‘Pivot’: This Event is Not About COVID”) at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up four QSC K10 speakers, Shure Lavalier Wireless Microphones, Countryman E6 Earset Mics and our Behringer X32 Compact Mixer.

For projection rental equipment we used two of our Sony VPL-PHZ10 HD Laser Projectors and a couple Draper 12’ x 6.75’ Ultimate Folding Screens.  For video rental equipment we used a Panasonic AG-UX180 4K HD Camera, AJA Ki Pro Rack Video Recorder, Analog Way QuickVu 3G Video Switcher, QLab laptop and a Samsung 40” Tv as a confidence monitor.

For lighting rental equipment we set up ETC Source Four lights and gobos.  We controlled the lights with our ETC Smartfade 2496 Lighting Console.
