Heart of St. Paul Fundraiser at the Great Hall in St. Paul Minnesota

AV for You set-up audio, video and lighting for the Heart of St. Paul fundraiser event, hosted by the Minnesota Museum of American Art at The Great Hall in St. Paul, Minnesota.

For Audio we used our JBL VRX Line Array speakers on stands, two on each side of the room in the front and another set of two further from the stage to provide sound for the audience towards the back of the room. We also used our Audio Technica Podium Microphones on top of our Truss Podium on stage.

For video, we rear projected one of our Eiki 7KHD projectors onto a Dalite 8’x14’ Fast-Fold screen.

For lighting, we provided two of our ETC Source 4 lights for a general stage wash and set them up on the 2nd floor balcony hanging them from a T-bar on our new Crank Up Tripod Lift.

At the tech table, we provided basic video switching using the Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and one of our ASUS PowerPoint Laptops. We also have the Perfect Cue set up for remote control over the PowerPoint slides, our Shure QLXD4 Wireless Mic Rack, and the Behringer X32 Producer Digital Mixer.
