Swing 2021 - 75th Annual Diamond Jubilee Virtual Event

AV For You provided Audio, Video and Lighting Rental Equipment along with Live stream services on location for Highland Catholic School’s Swing 2021 7th Annual Virtual Event in St. Paul, MN.
For audio rental equipment we set up a QSC K10 Speaker, Shure ULX-D Combo Wireless Mic Kit, and our Mackie 1402-VLZ4 14 Channel Mixer.

For video rental equipment we set up a Panasonic AG-AC160P HD Camera, a GoPro Hero 7 4k Camera, and our Viewsonic Teleprompter. To control the video and stream we used a playback pro and Roland VR-4HD Mixer as well as our Nighthawk M1 Gigabit Mobile Router.  We also provided a Vizio 32” as a camera monitor.

For lighting rental equipment we used four Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights on Global Truss ST-132 Tripod Crank Stands.  We controlled the lights with our ChamSys QuickQ 10 Lighting Console.  

Our AV crew to livestream the event consisted of a Streaming Tech and Camera Operator.
