AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental for Twin Cities Business Magazine’s Hall of Fame Event at the Hilton Downtown Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up six of our JBL VRX Line Array Speakers, four were set on our two duratruss crank up stands and the other two were set on top of our JBL VRX Subwoofers using the sub pole attachments. At the frosted podium we had our Audio Technica Podium Microphones.

For video rental equipment we rear projected our Eiki 7K HD Projectors from 8’ Truss Towers onto our Screen Works 9’ x 16’ Truss Screens.  We also had our Panasonic AG-UX180 4K HD Camera set on our Spider Pod for recording and IMAG during the event.  We used our Decimator HDMI-SDI Cross Converters to distribute HD Video to both projectors.

For lighting rental equipment we used eight of our Chauvet Ovation LED Lights on two 15' truss towers for a stage wash.  We had two ETC Source 4 Pars for use as backlight behind the stage. We also provided sixteen Eternal Lighting EchoCUBE Battery Powered Uplights to project a red color around the room for decor.

For staging rental equipment we set up eight panels of pipe and drape using our Rose Brand Black Drape.  We also placed our frosted podium on the stage.

At the tech table we used our Shure Wireless ULX-D Combo Microphone Kit, Behringer X32 Producer and Behringer SD16 Digital Snake for clear and dependable audio production.  We used our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher to toggle between powerpoint, video rolls and IMAG.  We utilized our ETC Smartfade 1248 Lighting Board to control the stage wash.
