Women In Leadership Forum at the Hilton in Downtown Minneapolis

AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment as well as Onsite Tech Services for Twin Cities Business “Women In Leadership” Forum at the Hilton in downtown Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers on Crank Stands, JBL VRX918SP Subwoofers, Audio-Technica Gooseneck Mics as well as Shure Microphones.

For video rental equipment we front projected two of our Barco 12K HD Projectors from the back of the room onto our 20’ x 11’ Screen Works Truss Screen.  We also utilized our Panasonic AG-UX180 4K HD Camera for recording and IMAG at the event.

For lighting rental equipment we set up Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash.  We also set up twenty of our Eternal Lighting Cube Echo LED Battery Powered uplights around the room.

For staging rental equipment we set up seven panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Rose Brand Black Drape.

At the Tech table we used a Playback Pro Computer and Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher to switch between powerpoint and video rolls.  We utilized our HDMI/SDI Converter Kit to distribute HD Video Signal to the Projectors.  We set up our Shure QLXD4 Distro Wireless Mic rack, a Behringer X32 Producer and Behringer SD16 Digital snake for reliable audio at the event.  We controlled the stage wash using our ETC Smartfade 1248.
