AV for You set up audio, video and lighting for Twin Cities Business Magazine's Family Business Awards at the Hilton in Downtown Minneapolis.

For audio we provided six of our JBL VRX Line Array Speakers.  Four of them were set on our two Duratruss Crank Up stands on each side of the room to raise the speakers high and to better distribute the sound.  We set the other two on top of our JBL VRX Subwoofers as a center fill using the attachable sub poles. We also provided our Audio Technica Podium Microphones at our Frosted Podium on stage.

For video we rear projected our Eiki 7KHD Projectors onto our Draper 9x16 Truss Folding Screens.

For lighting we used eight of our ETC Source 4 lights spread among two 15' Truss Towers to create an even stage wash.  We set up a 15' Truss Tower behind the stage with two of our ETC Source 4 Pars to create backlighting, adding extra depth for the image on screens. We also set up our ECHOCube Battery Powered Uplights behind the stage set to purple to create dramatic effect for the backdrop.

At the tech table we used our Behringer X32 Producer for audio.  We used our Analog Way Pulse 2 Video Switcher for simple switching between video sources and our Qlab Laptop for playback of video rolls and walk up music.  We also had our ETC Smartfade lighting controller set up to control the brightness of the stage wash.
