Family Business Awards at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis

AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment as well as Tech Services for Twin Cities Business Magazines 2019 Family Business Awards at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up six JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers on crank stands, two JBL VRX918SP Subwoofers, Shure QLXD4 Wireless Microphone Rack, Audio-Technica Gooseneck mics and our Behringer X32 Producer Mixer.

For video rental equipment we rear projected two Eiki 7K HD Projectors onto Draper 16’ x 9’ Truss Screens.  We used our Playback Pro and Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher to control the video.  We had our Panasonic AG-UX180 4K HD Camera for recording and IMAG at the event.  

For lighting rental equipment we used nine Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights; eight for stage wash and one for a gobo.  We controlled them with our ETC Smartfade 1248 Lighting Board.  We also place twenty of our Eternal Lighting Cube Echo LED Battery Powered uplights around the room for decor lighting.  

For staging rental equipment we set up eight panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Black Ultra Velour Drape.  We also placed a frosted podium on the stage.
