MicroConf Annual Gala Event at the Hyatt Regency in Minneapolis

AV For You provided Audio, Projector, Screen, Other Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment along with Tech Services for TinySeed’s Annual MicroConf at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Minneapolis, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up dB Technologies DVA T8 Line Array Speakers, dB Technologies DVA S1518N Subwoofers, Shure Wireless Microphones, along with our Midas M32R Digital Mixing Console.

For projection rental equipment we used ten projectors including (2) Barco HDF-W30 projectors.  

For screen rental equipment we set up six screens including (2) Screen Works 11’ x 20’ screens.

We used playback pro and Lenovo LEGION 5 laptops as well as our Analog Way Ascender 16 4k Video Switcher to control the video.  We used a Samsung 40” TV as a confidence monitor as well.  

For lighting rental equipment we used Martin MAC Aura lights, Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights, ETC Source 4 Par Lights, and Eternal Lighting CUBEecho LED Battery powered uplights.  We controlled the lights with our Chamsys QuickQ 20 Lighting Console. 

For staging rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using Rose Brand grey drape and we also used our Moddim bend tiles.
