2nd Annual Legacy Of Grace Gala

AV for You provided Audio, Video and Staging rental equipment as well as Tech Services for Grace Hospice’s 2nd Annual Legacy of Grace Gala at the Hyland Hills Chalet in Bloomington, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up four JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers as well as Shure Wireless mics and an Audio-Technica Gooseneck Microphone at the podium.

For video rental equipment we front projected two of our Eiki 7K HD Projectors onto Draper 10’ x 5.75’ Fastfold Screens.  

For staging rental equipment we set up two panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Grey Ultra Velour Drape.  We also placed our Truss Podium on the stage.

At the tech table we had our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and Playback Pro laptop for simple switching between PowerPoint and Video Rolls. We used our HDMI/SDI Cross Converter Kit to send HD Video signal to the projectors. We set up an Allen & Heath Zed 18 Channel Mixer and Shure QLXD4 microphones for clear and dependable audio.
