AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment for St. Joseph’s Annual Fundraiser at the Intercontinental St Paul Riverfront.

For audio rental equipment we setup eight JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers; four for main speakers, two for center fill and another two for delay speakers for the back of the room.  We also used our Shure Wireless UHF-R Microphones and an Audio Technica Gooseneck mic at the podium. We used a Behringer X32 Producer for audio mixing.

For video rental equipment we projected two of our Eiki 7K HD Projectors onto Draper 10’ x 5.75’ Fastfold screens.  We used a Playback Pro Computer and our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher to control the video.  

For lighting rental equipment we set up four Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash and we controlled them using our ChamSys QuickQ 20 Lighting console.  We also used ten American DJ Flat pars for uplights on the backdrop.  

For staging rental equipment we set up eight panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Rose Brand Grey drape.
