Audio Visual Rental at Interlachen Country Club

AV for You set up Audio, Video, Staging and Lighting Rental Equipment as well as Onsite Tech Services for a Whiteboard Seminar Series held by Hays Companies at Interlachen Country Club in Minneapolis, MN.

For Audio rental equipment we provided two QSC K10.2 Powered Speakers on stands, our Mackie ProFX 12 Mixer and our Shure ULX-D Wireless Microphone Rack allowing for dependable wireless audio during the event.

For Video rental equipment we set up two Da-Lite 8' tripod screens, two NEC 4000 Lumen HD projectors, with projector stands and skirting.  We used our Decimator HDMI-SDI Converter Boxes to distribute HD Video Signal to both projectors.

For Staging rental equipment we provided a 8' x 16' stage with 16" legs and an 8" stage step.  We also skirted the stage. Along with this we provided grey drape behind the stage. We also set up two of our Whiteboards on easels on stage for the presentation.

For Lighting rental equipment we provided 6 of our Eternal Lighting ECHOcube Battery Powered Uplights to saturate the grey drape with a vibrant blue color during the event.
