LEAP! 2019 Fundraiser and Auction at International Market Square

AV for You provided audio, video and lighting rental equipment for the Division of Indian Work’s LEAP! 2019 Fundraiser and Auction event at the International Market Square in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up eight QSC K10 Speakers and Shure Microphones.

For video rental equipment we front projected our Eiki 7K HD Projector onto our Draper 16’ x 9’ Truss Screen.  

For lighting rental equipment we used Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash as well as Chauvet Ovation P-56FC Pars to fill in audience area during the auction.

At the tech table we used our Shure ULX-D Wireless Microphone Rack, Behringer X32 Producer and Digital snake for clear, dependable sound at the event.  We utilized an iPad to control audio in the auction area. We used our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and Playback Pro computer for switching between powerpoint and video rolls.  We used a Decimator kit to distribute HD Video to the projector. We used our ETC Smartfade 1248 LIghting Board to control the stage wash.
