AV for You provided audio, video, lighting and staging rental equipment for the Ally People Solutions Gala at Inwood Oaks in Oakdale, MN.

For audio rental equipment we used four of our JBL VRX Line Array Speakers, two on our duratruss crank stands. We also had our Audio-Technica Podium Microphones on our frosted podium.

For video rental equipment we rear projected our Eiki 7kHD projector onto our Draper 9’ x 16’ truss style screen.  We used our Decimator SDI-HDMI converters to distribute HD Video signal to the projector.

For lighting rental equipment we used six Chauvet Ovation E910-FC lights on a 15' truss tower for a stage wash.  We also set up ten of our American DJ Mega Bar lights.

For staging rental equipment we set up three panels of pipe and drape using our Rosebrand Black Velour Drape.  We also provided our Frosted Podium on the stage.

At the tech table we had our Behringer compact mixer and Shure ULX-D wireless microphone rack for clear and dependable audio.  Our Analog Way Quick Vu was used to switch between PowerPoint and video played from our qlab video playback software. We also controlled the lights using our ETC smartfade lighting console.
