Fundraiser Event at the James J. Hill Library in St Paul
AV for You set up Audio, Video and Lighting rental equipment for a fundraiser event held at the James J. Hill Library in St. Paul, MN.
For audio rental equipment we used four of our QSC K10 Powered Speakers on stands. We also set up wired mics and a Direct Box for musicians playing during the event. We had a QSC K10 set on stage for use as a monitor by the performers.
For video rental equipment we rear projected onto our 8' x 14' Fastfold Screen with our Eiki 7K HD Projector. We used our Decimator HDMI-SDI Cross Converter Kit to distribute HD Video signal to the projector.
For lighting rental equipment we set up our Global Truss ST-132 Crank Stands on the second floor and projected our Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for a stage wash. We also set up four of our Eternal Lighting Cube Echo uplights at the entrance of the venue.
At the tech table we used our Analog Way Saphyr Video Switcher, QLab Video Playback Laptop, Behringer X32 Producer and ETC Smartfade to control all audio, video and lighting.
