Chef Fest at John Furber Farm

AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment as well as onsite tech services for Woodbury Community Foundation’s 5th Annual Chef Fest at the John Furber Farm in Cottage Grove, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up six QSC K10 Speakers, Shure Wireless Microphones and our Behringer X32 Compact Mixer.

For video rental equipment we projected two of our Eiki 7K HD Projectors flown from the I-Beams onto our Screen Works 12’ x 6.75’ Truss Screens that were raised high for people on the second floor to see.  We used our Playback Pro computer and Analog Way QuickVu Video switcher to change between video and powerpoint.  We used our Decimator to distribute HD video signal to the projectors.

For lighting rental equipment we used two Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED lights for stage wash and controlled them with our ETC Smartfade 2496 Lighting Console.

For staging rental equipment we set up two panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Black Ultra Velour Drape behind the stage.
