Affinity Plus "All Employee Day" at the JW Marriott-Mall of America
AV for You setup Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment for Affinity Plus Credit Union's All Employee Meeting at JW Marriott Mall of America in Bloomington, MN.
For audio rental equipment we used eight of our dB Technologies DVA T4 Line Array Speakers. We rigged four boxes on each side using our Sumner Eventer 16 Stage Lifts. We used two of our JBL VRX Subwoofers to provide low frequency audio and depth to sound throughout the space.
For video rental equipment we rear projected two Eiki 7K HD Projectors onto our Screen Works 9’ x 16’ Truss Screens. We used a Samsung 55" monitor as a confidence monitor allowing the presenters to view their slides on screen. We used our Decimator HDMI-SDI Cross Converters to distribute HD Video Signal to the monitor and projectors. We also used a 7K projector to project a logo on to the grey drape behind the stage. We utilized our Panasonic HD Camera on a Vinten Tripod and Spider Pod to record the event as well as for IMAG on the screens.
For lighting rental equipment we used eight of our Chauvet Ovation E-910FC lights to provide a stage wash, two Ovation Par Lights for Backlighting, and four Martin Mac Aura Moving Lights for added flair during the event.
For staging rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using our Rosebrand Grey Drape.
At the tech table we had our Behringer X32 Digital Mixer, Analog Way Saphyr Video Switcher, and our Chamsys QuickQ 10 Lighting Console.
