Magnolia & Vine Bloom 2018 Conference at the JW Marriott Mall of America
AV for You set up Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging rental equipment for Magnolia and Vine's Bloom 2018 Conference at the J.W. Marriott at the Mall of America. This was a two day National Conference for the direct sales fashion company to address and inspire their employees.
For audio rental equipment we rigged twelve of our dB Technologies DVA T4 Line Array Speakers from our two Sumner Eventer 16 Stage Lifts. We provided four JBL VRX Subwoofers to add low end and dramatic effect to videos and music in the room. We also set up two JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers for center fill.
For video rental equipment we rear projected our Barco RLM-W12 12K HD projectors onto our Draper 9' x 16' Folding Screens. We used scaffolding to raise the projectors high behind the screens. We also used two 60" confidence monitor for speakers onstage to view the program from. We used our two Sharp 90" Monitors on our Chief Fusion Stands to be used as tele-prompters from which they would read the script. We also provided IMAG at this event, utlizing our Panasonic HD Camera.
For lighting rental equipment we Rigged Truss, ETC Source 4 lights, and Elation PowerSpot Moving Headlights, to add a stage wash and dramatic lighting effects for the fashion and awards shows. We also added moving headlights on the ground and rigged ETC Source 4s to the truss line behind the stage for backlighting.
For staging rental equipment we provided 40' of truss for backlighting and backdrop behind the stage which we added uplighting using twelve ADJ Flat Par Lights. We used 4 panels of Black Drape behind the stage to black out the area from which the client and models would enter. We also created a runway stage for the fashion show using twelve 4’ x 4’ stage decks
At the tech table we used some of our high end consoles, monitors and racks. Audio used the Full Size Behringer X32 digital mixer, two Shure QLXD4 Distro Wireless Mic Racks, a Shure ULX-D Combo Kit with podium mic, an Audio-Technica Gooseneck microphone and three Countryman E6 Earset mics. Lighting used the ETC Element lighting console and Acer 19" Monitor for more detailed control and lighting options. Video used the Analog Way Ascender and Playback Pro.
