Audio Visual Support for the Opportunity Partners Dinner Gala

AV For You provided audio, video, projection, lighting and staging rental equipment as well as streaming and tech services for Opportunity Partners OpGala at the Koch Training Center in Eden Prairie, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up QSC K12 Speakers and dB Technologies DVA S1518N Subwoofers. We use Shure Wireless Microphones and our Midas M32 Digital Mixing console.  

For projection rental equipment we projected four Barco RLM-W12 DLP 12k (12,000 lumens) projectors onto 6.75’ x 12’ Truss Screens.

For video rental equipment we used our Analog Way Ascender 16 4k Video Switcher and Playback Pro Plus laptop to control the video.  For cameras we used our Sony HSC-100 Camera and Panasonic AG-UX180 4K HD Camera.  

For lighting rental equipment we used a variety of fixtures including:  

  • Chauvet Ovation P-56FC LED Par Lights

  • Eternal Lighting CUBEecho LED Battery Powered Uplights

  • American DJ Par Can Lights

  • Chroma-Q Color Force 72” LED Batten Ranges

  • Chauvet DJ Freedom Flex H4 LED Battery Powered Uplights

To control the lights we used our MA Lighting GrandMA 2 Lighting Console.

For Staging rental equipment we constructed an 8’ x 16’ stage using eight 4’ x 4’ stage decks.  We also used black pipe and drape for the backdrop.
