Audio, Video and Lighting Rental at Loews Hotel in Minneapolis

AV for You provided audio, video, lighting and staging rental equipment for the Commercial Real Estate Forum put on by Twin Cities Business Magazine at Loews Hotel in downtown Minneapolis.

For audio we set up two QSC K10 Powered Speakers on stands in each front corner of the room. We used our Audio Technica Podium Microphones on our Frosted Podium.

For video we rear projected our Eiki 7KHD Projector onto our Draper 6.75’ x 12’ Fastfold Screen. We used our Decimator SDI-HDMI Cross Converter to distribute HD Video to the projector from the tech table at the back of the room.

We also set up decorative lighting rental equipment by using our American DJ Flat Par Uplights.

For staging rental equipment we set up our pipe and drape using both Rosebrand Grey Drape as well as Black Ultra Velour Drape.

At the tech table we used our Behringer X32 Producer Digital Mixer and a Shure QLXD4 Distro Wireless Microphone Rack for clear and dependable audio. We used our Shure ULXS4 Distro Wireless Microphone Rack as well to provide extra wireless for panelists and handheld Q+A microphones.  We used our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher to provide basic switching between powerpoints and a looping slideshow.  We also used our ETC Smartfade Lighting Controller to control the brightness of the wash.
