Audio Visual Rental for MA Mortenson Women’s Day Event at the Machine Shop

AV for You provided Audio, Video and Staging Rental Equipment as well as Tech Services for the MA Mortenson Women’s Day Event at the Machine Shop in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up QSC K8 Speakers, our Shure Wireless Microphone Racks, Behringer X32 Compact Mixer and a Mackie 1402-VLZ4 14 Channel Mixer.

For video rental equipment we rear projected a couple Eiki LC-HDT700 LCD HD Projectors onto Draper 10’ x 5.75’ Ultimate Folding Screens.  We also provided Samsung TV’s on rolling stands; one 65” 4K UHD & one 40” 4K UHD.  We used a Decimator Kit to distribute the HD Video to the projectors and TV’s.  We used a Playback Pro and Analog Way QuickVu 3G Video Switcher to control the video.  

For staging rental equipment we constructed a 20’ x 8’ stage using ten of our 4’ x 4’ stage decks, steps and skirting.  We also set up four panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Rose Brand Grey Drape as wells as an additional four panels of Black Ultra Velour drape for sound barrier upstairs.  We also had our truss podium on the stage for the presenters.
