Audio and Video Rental for Board Meeting at the Marriott Bloomington

AV for You provided audio and video rental equipment for a Dyventive Board meeting at the Airport Marriott in Bloomington, MN.

For video rental equipment we front projected our NEC 5K HD Laser Projector onto our Da-Lite Deluxe 8’ x 14’ Fastfold Screen.  We utilized our Analog-Way Saphyr Video Switcher.  We also set up two flip charts.

For speaker rental equipment we set up two QSC K10 Speakers and two QSC K8 Speakers.  For microphone rental equipment we set up ten Shure Microflex MX412 Podium Mics around the horseshoe table set up.  We also used our Zoom H4n and H6 recorders. We used Shure ULX-D Microphone combo rack, our Behringer X32 Mixer and Behringer S16 Digital Snake for clear, dependable audio.
