Audio, Video and Lighting Rental at Midpointe Event Center in St Paul

AV for You provided Audio, Video and Lighting rental equipment for a Daily Work event at the Midpointe Event Center in St Paul, MN.

For audio we used two of our QSC K10 Powered Speakers on stands in conjunction with the house soundsystem. We used our Audio Technica Podium Microphones on our frosted podium.

For video rental equipment we rear projected our Eiki 7KHD Projectorss onto our Draper 5.75’ x 10’ Fastfold Screens.  We also set up our Panasonic HD Camera for IMAG on the screens during the event.  We used our Decimator SDI-HDMI Cross Converters to distribute HD Video signal to both projectors.

For Lighting we set up two of our Chauvet Ovation LED Lights on our Global Truss 132-ST Crank Stand with the T-Bar attachment.  This was used to provide stage lighting for the event.

At the tech table we used our Behringer X32 Producer Digital Mixer.  An Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and Playback Pro pro were used for simple switching between Video and PPT.  Also our ETC Smartfade Lighting Console was used to control the brightness of the stage wash.
