AV For You provided Projection, Screen and Video Rental Equipment along with Tech Services for AIA MN’s 2022 Annual Conference at the Minneapolis Convention Center.  We set up the main ballroom as well as several breakout sessions.

For projection rental equipment we used Sony (VPL-PHZ10 HD) Laser Projectors and Barco (RLM-W12 DLP  & RLM-W14 DLP) Projectors.  
For screen rental equipment we set up Screen Works (9’ x 16’ & 8’ x 14’, 5’ 7” x 10’), Draper (9’ x 16’) truss style screens.

For other video rental equipment we used a Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera and HyperDeck Studio HD Mini Video Recorder.  We used MicVista MicV01 Wireless Presenter Remotes in all the breakout rooms.  We used playback pro and Lenovo LEGION 5 laptops as well as our Roland VR-50HD Multi Format AV Mixer to control the video.  We set up a Samsung 40” 4K TV as well.
