AV For You provided Audio, Projector, Screen, Other Video, and Staging Rental Equipment along with Tech Services for Meet Minneapolis’ Annual Meeting at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

For audio rental equipment we used our Clear-Com HME EU Wireless Headset System for internal communication during the show.

For projection rental equipment we used ten projectors including (1) Barco HDF-W30,  (5) Barco RLM-W12 DLP and (4) Barco RLM-W14 DLP.  

For screen rental equipment we set up six screens including (2) Screen Works 7.5” x 10’ (Vertical / Portrait), (1) Screen Works 11’ x 20’, (2) Screenworks 10.5’ x 18.5’, and (1) Screen Works 9’ x 16’.

For other video rental equipment we used a couple Sony HXCU-100 Cameras (for IMAG and recording) on Vinten Tripods.  We used playback pro and Lenovo LEGION 5 laptops as well as our Analog Way Ascender 16 4k Video Switcher to control the video.  We set up four Samsung 55” 4K TV’s in the lobby / registration area.

For staging rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using black drape.
