Sound and Lights Rental for Birthday at the Minneapolis Institute of Art

AV For You provided audio and lighting rental equipment for a Birthday Celebration at the Minneapolis Institute of Art.

For audio rental equipment we set up speakers, microphones and a mixer for a band that performed at the celebration.  This rental equipment included Shure SM58’s, Shure Drum mic kit, Shure SM81’s, Shure SM57’s, JBL VRX932 Line Array Speakers, Electro-Voice Speaker, Mackie SRM350 Speaker, Mackie 450 Speakers, and our Behringer X32 Producer.

We set up our lighting rental equipment in multiple rooms for this event.  The lighting rental equipment included Eternal Lighting CUBEecho LED Battery uplights, Chauvet DJ Freedom Flex Uplights, American DJ Flat Par LED Lights, American DJ Mega Bar LED Bar lights, Martin Stagebar 54S LED Luminaires, and Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights.  We controlled the lights with our ChamSys QuickQ 10 Lighting Console.  

For staging rental equipment we constructed a 12’ x 15’ stage using our 4’ x 5’ stage decks, legs and skirting.
