Foundation for Cancer Care In Tanzania Annual Fundraiser Gala

AV for You provided audio, video, lighting and staging rental equipment for the Foundation for Cancer Care In Tanzania’s Annual Fundraiser Gala at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest in Brooklyn Park, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up dB Technologies DVA Line Array T4 Powered Speakers on Global Truss ST-132 Tripod Crank Stands.  We had our Shure Gooseneck Microphone at the podium.

For video rental equipment we set up two Eiki 7K HD Projectors on truss towers at the back of the room to project onto screens at the front of the house.  We also set up our Panasonic HD Camera for IMAG and recording.  

For lighting rental equipment we set up Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash.  For decor lighting we set up twelve Eternal Lighting Cube Echo LED Battery Powered Uplights.  

For staging rental equipment we set up pipe and drape using both our Black Utlra Velour and Rosebrand Grey Drape.   We also placed our Frosted Podium on stage as well.      

At the tech table we utilized our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and Playback Pro computer for simple switching between powerpoint and video rolls.  We used Decimators to distribute video signal to the projectors. We used a Shure QLXD4 Distro Wireless Microphone rack, Behringer S16 Digital Snake and a Behringer X32 Producer for clear dependable audio.  We used our ChamSys QuickQ 10 Lighting Console to control the stage wash at the event.
