AV For You provided Audio, Video and Lighting Rental Equipment along with Live stream services on location for Montessori Center of Minnesota’s All Star Virtual Gala in St. Paul, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up a QSC K10 Speaker, Shure QLX-D Combo Wireless Mic Kit, Shure Gooseneck Microphones with push to talk base, and our Behringer X32 Compact Mixer.

For video rental equipment we set up three Panasonic AG-UX180 4K HD Cameras, a GoPro Hero 7 4k Camera, and our Viewsonic Teleprompter. To control the video we used a playback pro and Analog Way NeXtage 08 4K Video Switcher. We also provided a Samsung 40” TV on a Chief rolling stand as a confidence monitor.

For lighting rental equipment we used six Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights on Global Truss ST-132 Tripod Crank Stands. We controlled the lights with our ChamSys QuickQ 10 Lighting Console.

Our AV crew to livestream the event consisted of a Technical Director, Streaming Tech, Graphics Tech, Audio Engineer, Camera Operator and a Teleprompter Operator.
