AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging rental equipment for Mpls Downtown Council’s Annual Gala to celebrate their Leadership Award Winners at the Minneapolis Event Center.

For lighting rental equipment we set up ETC Source Four lights and Chauvet Ovation lights for stage wash as well as American DJ Flat Pars for uplighting. We projected a customer Gobo using a Chauvet Ovation light as well. We also set up our American DJ Mega Bar’s for lighting on the backdrop.

For staging rental equipment we set up pipe and drape using Grey Ultra Velour Drape. We also set up our new Moddim Bend Tile Backdrop and placed a truss podium on the stage.

At the tech table we utilized our Analog Way Pulse2 Video Switcher and Playback Pro computer for simple switching between powerpoint and video rolls. We used Decimators to distribute video signal to the TV’s. We used our Behringer X32 Producer and Behringer S16 Digital Snake for clear dependable audio. We controlled the stagewash using our ETC Smartfade Lighting board.
