AV for You provided audio, video, lighting and staging rental equipment for AchieveMpls’ “Evening of Excellence” fundraiser at the Minneapolis Event Center.

For audio rental equipment we set up QSC K10 Speakers and Shure Microphones.

For video rental equipment we supplied two Sharp 90” Monitors and one Samsung 75” Monitor on rolling stands.

For lighting rental equipment we set up Chauvet Ovation E910 FC LED Lights and ETC Source 4 Par Lights for stage wash.  For decor lighting we set up American DJ Flat Par uplights.  We also set up our American DJ Mega Bar lights with the backdrop.

For staging rental equipment we set up our Moddim Bend Tile and Grey Velour drape as backdrop behind the stage.  We place one of our truss podiums on the stage for presenters at the event.

At the tech table we utilized our Analog Way Pulse2 Video Switcher and Playback Pro computer for simple switching between powerpoint and video rolls.  We used Decimators to distribute video signal to the TV’s. We used our Shure Wireless UHF Microphones, Behringer X32 Producer and Behringer S16 Digital Snake for clear dependable audio.  We controlled the stagewash using our ETC Smartfade Lighting board.
