AV for You set up audio, video and lighting rental equipment for Fantastic Sam's Annual Awards Dinner at Mystic Lake Center in Prior Lake, MN.

For audio we used our dB Technologies DVA T4 Line Array Speakers on our Sumner Eventer 16 lifts.  We had our Audio-Technica Podium Microphones at our frosted podium.

For video we rigged our Eiki 7K HD Projectors and front projected them onto the house screens.  We used our Panasonic HD Camera for IMAG and another Panasonic HD Camera on our Steadi-Cam system for a roaming camera operator.

For lighting we rigged ten of our Chauvet Ovation E-910FC Lights for a stage wash.  We also set up ten American DJ LED Flat Bar Lights along the backdrop and four Martin Mac 101 Moving Head Lights for dynamic looking lighting effects.

At the tech table we set up our Analog Way Saphyr Video Switcher for video switching between camera and powerpoint.  We also set up our ETC Smartfade for control on the wash lights and our Onyx lighting software for the LED Flat Bar Lights and Mac 101s.  We had the Behringer X32 Digital Mixer and Shure QLXD4 Wireless Microphone Rack set up for clear and dependable wireless audio.
