People Serving People Gala At Quincy Hall in Minneapolis

AV For You provided video, lighting and backdrop rental equipment for the People Serving People 2022 Gala at Quincy Hall in Minneapolis.

For video rental equipment we set up our Panasonic AG-UX180 4K HD Camera for IMAG and recording.  We used our Roland V-160HD Streaming Video Switcher, Lenovo laptop and our Playback Pro laptop to control the video.  In addition we utilized our Prompter People StagePro 17” Presidential Teleprompters.

For lighting rental equipment we used American DJ Mega Bar LED Lights and Clay Paky Mythos Moving Lights. We controlled the lights with our Chamsys QuickQ 20 Lighting console.

For backdrop rental equipment we use Rose Brand Grey Drape and our Moddium Bend Tiles.
