Audio Visual Services for Equity Summit at RiverCentre

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Stage Decor rental equipment along with professional technical services for the St Paul Area Chamber’s Equity Summit at the St Paul RiverCentre.  We set up a main ballroom as well as a couple breakout rooms.

For audio rental equipment we used Meyer Sound Lina Speakers and Subwoofers along with QSC K8 Speakers.  For microphone rental gear we used Shure QLX-D Distros, Audio-Technica AT-U857Q Uniline Gooseneck Mic, Shure MX418 Gooseneck Podium Microphone and Countryman E6 Earset mics.  We used a Midas M32 Digital Mixing console and Meyer Sound Galileo Galaxy 816 Audio Signal Processor.

For projection rental equipment we used three Barco RLM-W14 DLP Projectors with a couple Da-Lite 8’ x 14’ Deluxe Fastfold Screens and a Da-Lite 7.5’ x 13.3’ Truss Style Screen.  Additional video equipment included a Samsung 55” 4K TV as a confidence monitor, a Sony HXC-100 Camera, Analog Way Ascender 16 4k Video Switcher and AJA Ki Pro GO Portable Multichannel Video Recorder.  

For lighting rental equipment we utilized eight Chauvet Ovation E-910 LED Lights, four Martin MAC Aura Moving Head Wash Lights, and eight Phillips Color Kinetics ColorBlaze 72” LED Batten uplights.  We controlled the lights using our Chamsys QuickQ 20 Lighting console.

For stage decor rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using ten panels of Rose Brand Grey drape.  We also utilized our Moddim Bend Backdrop tiles with the drape.
