AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting & Staging Rental Equipment as well as Onsite Tech Services at the St Paul Area Chamber of Commerce’s 151st Annual Meeting at the Saint Paul RiverCentre.

For audio rental equipment we provided twelve dB Technologies DVA Line Array T4 speakers, four JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers, two QSC K10 Speakers and Shure Wireless Microphones.

For video rental equipment we rear projected two Barco 12K HD Projectors onto Draper 16’ x 9’ Screens.  We set up a Samsung 40” 4K TV as a Confidence Monitor near the stage.  We utilized our Sony HSC-100 Camera for recording and IMAG at the event.

For lighting rental equipment we used Chauvet Ovation E-910FC Lights for stage wash and set up eight American DJ Mega Bar Lights as uplighting on our backdrop.

For staging rental equipment we set up a 24’ x 12’ Moddim Backdrop using 128 Moddim Bend Backdrop Tiles.  We also set up nine panels of pipe and drape using our Rose Brand Black Drape. We also placed our frosted podium on stage as well.

At the tech table we used Shure Wireless ULX-D Microphone Rack, Behringer X32 Compact Mixer and Behringer SD16 Digital Snake for clear dependable audio at the event.  We used our Analog Way QuickVu Switcher and Playback Pro Computer for toggling between powerpoint and video.  We used HDMI/SDI Cross Converters to send HD signal to the projectors. We used a ChamSys QuickQ 10 Lighting Board to control the lights.
